Kitchen Armor is experiencing remarkable growth and is looking for a visionary and highly experienced Marketing Director to lead us into the next phase of success. This pivotal role requires a dynamic, results-driven leader who will drive and execute innovative marketing strategies, amplify our brand presence, and fuel the continued expansion of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a deep mastery of digital marketing, brand development, e-commerce, and consumer behavior, specifically within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:

Drive brand visibility through targeted campaigns that leverage both digital and traditional media, focusing on the hospitality industry. Create data-driven customer acquisition strategies through paid search, social media, and partnerships, while developing retention programs that foster loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with the product team to ensure strong product positioning and messaging that highlights Kitchen Armor’s solutions for optimizing restaurant kitchen operations and efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth.

 

  • Digital Marketing Leadership:
    Spearhead Kitchen Armor’s digital marketing strategy across all online channels, ensuring a cohesive, data-driven approach that maximizes brand visibility and drives measurable results. Oversee the execution and optimization of SEO, SEM, paid media campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies to reach B2B audiences, with a particular focus on restaurant professionals. Leverage analytics and performance metrics to refine campaigns, optimize ROI, and identify opportunities for growth across digital platforms. Develop innovative strategies for customer engagement through personalized content, retargeting, and conversion optimization, while managing the digital marketing team to ensure consistency, creativity, and high performance across all initiatives.

 

  • Brand Development & Positioning:
    Drive the development and strategic positioning of Kitchen Armor as a leading provider of kitchen technology solutions for restaurants. Ensure our products and services meet the unique needs of professional kitchens by emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and quality. Position Kitchen Armor as a trusted partner for restaurants looking to optimize operations, enhance kitchen performance, and integrate advanced technology. Oversee messaging and content to clearly communicate our expertise in restaurant-specific solutions and demonstrate how our offerings help improve restaurant workflows, streamline processes, and deliver superior dining experiences.

 

  • E-commerce Growth & Optimization:
    Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve online sales performance, optimize the customer journey, and boost conversion rates on Kitchenarmor.com. Focus on enhancing the user experience by developing tools and features that allow customers to easily customize their kitchen solutions based on their specific needs, whether its choosing products tailored to restaurant kitchens, selecting the right tech features, or building custom kitchen setups. Identify opportunities to streamline the online shopping experience, improve the user interface, and create engaging, personalized recommendations. Use data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize the platform, ensuring that customers can quickly and confidently design the perfect kitchen solutions for their operations.

 

  • Team Leadership and Development:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion rates. Leverage analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of digital channels, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. Provide senior leadership with detailed reports that highlight campaign outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and offer actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts. Use data to inform decision-making, refine strategies, and ensure that marketing initiatives consistently drive business growth and achieve company objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and brand management. Experience in the hospitality or retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies across digital channels.

Inside Sales Representative

Full Job Description

Our Sales Team is growing, and we currently have a job opening for a full-time, Inside Salesperson for the Dallas, Texas area.

 

Under the direction of the VP of Sales, the Insides Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales revenue from existing Kitchen Armor customers and from new lead opportunities. The focus of this position is to maintain strong customer relationships, high retention rates and increase additional product adoption for the Kitchen Armor existing customer base. The Inside Salesperson will also drive new business from targeted leads, website leads, social media, and marketing leads expanding our customer base and territories.

 

This position is commission based and requires both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) be met on a quarterly and annual bases. Successful candidates must adopt the Kitchen Armor sales culture of preparedness, attention to detail, professionalism and customer success driven.

 

Qualified candidate must be proficient Microsoft suite. QuickBooks and Zoho experience are highly desirable. Must be highly organized, detailed oriented with excellent analytical skills, as well as, possessing excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team.

Role Focus

1. Goals

  • Increase company revenue and market share by engaging with current and new customers through marketing and sales strategies.

Our team is growing, and we currently have a job opening for a full-time Installation and Field Service Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a working knowledge of the products we install and support (Hardware and Software)
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Kitchen Armor Hardware installation methodology.
  • Participate in on-site installations
  • Complete on-site service calls (screen replacements, computer replacements, on-site troubleshooting)
  • Assist in completing hardware setup, shipping and staging responsibilities in the Irvine, CA office
  • Participate in Kitchen Armor support team on-call activities (Customer Phone Support)

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, detailed oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills (hardware/software)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
  • Position requires the ability to work overtime as needed
