Shipping/Receiving Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Fulfillment: Efficiently and accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders on time. Shrink-wrap palletized product to be shipped
  • Receiving and Inventory Management: Receiving incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and bringing them into process. Must be willing to proactively communicate with the Procurement team about any discrepancies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products leaving the warehouse meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Warehouse Organization: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency. You will also assist in monitoring and replenishing packaging materials and supplies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinating with various teams, such as RMA, Project Managers, Sales, and Field Technicians to address any shipping or inventory-related inquiries promptly..

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and implements corrective actions as needed
  • Supervising the efficiency and performance of the assembly team, through daily monitoring of production levels and work progress
  • Assist in supervising, training, and development of the Production team
  • Responsible for the quality performance of the department
  • Responsible for on time delivery and department productivity
  • Scheduling production daily/monthly activities based on forecast and orders
  • Fostering and maintaining vendor relationships which include processing PO’s and written and verbal communication with vendors with potential quality control related issues

 

Required skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Previous supervisory experience in an Assembly Department
  • 3+ years experience in Manufacturing environment

Inside Sales Representative

Full Job Description

Our Sales Team is growing, and we currently have a job opening for a full-time, Inside Salesperson for the Dallas, Texas area.

 

Under the direction of the VP of Sales, the Insides Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales revenue from existing Kitchen Armor customers and from new lead opportunities. The focus of this position is to maintain strong customer relationships, high retention rates and increase additional product adoption for the Kitchen Armor existing customer base. The Inside Salesperson will also drive new business from targeted leads, website leads, social media, and marketing leads expanding our customer base and territories.

 

This position is commission based and requires both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) be met on a quarterly and annual bases. Successful candidates must adopt the Kitchen Armor sales culture of preparedness, attention to detail, professionalism and customer success driven.

 

Qualified candidate must be proficient Microsoft suite. QuickBooks and Zoho experience are highly desirable. Must be highly organized, detailed oriented with excellent analytical skills, as well as, possessing excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team.

Role Focus

1. Goals

  • Increase company revenue and market share by engaging with current and new customers through marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support company in maintaining current customer base that include support desk contracts, software maintenance contracts, and Software as a Service contracts.
  • Drive new conversions of current legacy customers from perpetual license agreements to new software as a service agreement.
  • Source new sales opportunities through in-bound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Be an active promoter and communicator of the company values and vision.
  • Set aggressive sales benchmarks that align with quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Help attain the profit and loss objectives of the sales and marketing department and, the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initial qualification of incoming leads.
  • Gather all qualifying information.
  • Maintain and update qualifying information into CRM.
  • Schedule needs assessment call with Sales team.
  • Convert Leads to opportunities.

 

2. Opportunity Management

  • Assist in sales cycle process.
  • Schedule follow up meetings and update CRM.
  • Follow up on queries and obtain missing information.
  • Help sales team stay on task with each opportunity.
  • Receiving and processing all sales related paperwork.
  • Sales Investment Analysis.
  • Sales Contracts.
  • SaaS Contracts.
  • Master Purchase Agreement.
  • Verify all information is correct.

 

3. Routine Reporting

  • Weekly, Monthly, QTRLY and Annual.

 

4. Always contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales, marketing process and creativity.

Base Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year

Our team is growing, and we currently have a job opening for a full-time Installation and Field Service Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a working knowledge of the products we install and support (Hardware and Software)
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Kitchen Armor Hardware installation methodology.
  • Participate in on-site installations
  • Complete on-site service calls (screen replacements, computer replacements, on-site troubleshooting)
  • Assist in completing hardware setup, shipping and staging responsibilities in the Irvine, CA office
  • Participate in Kitchen Armor support team on-call activities (Customer Phone Support)

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, detailed oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills (hardware/software)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
