Customer Support Requirements

Kitchen Armor provides secure remote management software on each device for support and will require internet access for support software. Kitchen Armor will make the best effort to resolve support issues effectively and in a timely fashion. From time-to-time, customers may be asked to provide remote assistance for calls that will require on-site personnel to assist.
