Promotion Period

The Kitchen Armor Freedom Rebate Program (“Promotion”) is valid on eligible purchases made between July 4, 2026, and September 30, 2026.

All rebate claims must be received by December 30, 2026. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

Eligible Purchases

The Promotion applies only to new Kitchen Armor 22″ All-In-One Android PoE systems purchased directly from Kitchen Armor or through an Authorized Kitchen Armor Reseller.

Rebate eligibility is based on the qualifying products purchased together:

• A qualifying Kitchen Armor 22″ All-In-One Android PoE qualifies for a $100 rebate.
• Purchasing an eligible Kitchen Armor mounting solution with the All-In-One increases the rebate amount.
• Purchasing an eligible Epson printer with the All-In-One increases the rebate amount.
• Purchasing a qualifying Kitchen Armor 22″ All-In-One Android PoE together with an eligible Kitchen Armor mounting solution and an eligible Epson printer qualifies for rebates up to $250 per All-In-One system.

Kitchen Armor mounting solutions are not eligible for a rebate when purchased separately and must accompany a qualifying Kitchen Armor 22″ All-In-One Android PoE purchase.

There is no maximum number of qualifying products that may be submitted by an eligible end customer during the promotional period.

Eligible Purchasers

The rebate is available only to the original end-user purchaser.

Resellers, distributors, dealers, buying groups, purchasing agents, consultants, internal employees, affiliates, or any party purchasing products for resale are not eligible to receive rebate payments.

Authorized Kitchen Armor Resellers may promote this rebate program to their customers; however, all rebate claims must be submitted by the end customer after product delivery and payment in full has been received.

Products purchased under existing national account pricing, contract pricing, special pricing agreements, or other negotiated discount programs are not eligible unless expressly approved in writing by Kitchen Armor.

Geographic Eligibility

This Promotion is valid only for qualifying products purchased and installed within the United States and Canada, either directly from Kitchen Armor or through an Authorized Kitchen Armor Reseller.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, liquidation channels, online marketplaces, auction websites, or other unauthorized sources are not eligible.

Product Eligibility

Only new, factory-sealed products qualify.

The following products are not eligible:

• Used products
• Refurbished products
• Open-box products
• Demo units
• Evaluation units
• Loaner equipment
• Prototype or sample products
• Previously installed products

Required Documentation

Each rebate submission must include:

• A completed Kitchen Armor Rebate Claim Form.
• A copy of the paid invoice or sales receipt.
• Kitchen Armor serial number(s) for each qualifying All-In-One.
• Customer name and contact information.
• Purchase date.
• Kitchen Armor or Authorized Reseller name.
• Proof that the purchase has been paid in full.

The invoice or receipt must clearly identify:

• Customer name.
• Kitchen Armor or Authorized Reseller name.
• Purchase date.
• Eligible product model(s).
• Quantity purchased.
• Evidence of payment in full.

Kitchen Armor reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility.

Claim Submission

Claims must be submitted no later than December 30, 2026.

Each eligible Kitchen Armor serial number may be submitted only once.

Incomplete, illegible, altered, duplicate, fraudulent, or unverifiable submissions may be denied.

Kitchen Armor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable submissions.

Customers should retain copies of all submitted documentation.

Rebate Payment

Approved rebate payments will be issued by check and mailed directly to the qualifying end customer.

Please allow approximately 30 days after Kitchen Armor has received and approved a complete rebate submission for payment processing.

Kitchen Armor reserves the right to verify all submitted information before issuing payment.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases made under the Kitchen Armor Freedom Rebate Program are final.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be accepted for products purchased under this Promotion, except where required by applicable law or covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Rebate eligibility requires that the qualifying product has been delivered, paid in full, and properly submitted with all required documentation.

Warranty claims, repairs, replacements, or Advanced Exchange services do not constitute a return, refund, exchange, credit, or cancellation under this Promotion.

Product Warranty

The Kitchen Armor 22″ All-In-One Android PoE included in this Promotion is covered by Kitchen Armor’s standard three-year limited warranty.

Other products included in this Promotion, including eligible Kitchen Armor mounting solutions and Epson printers, are covered by their respective standard manufacturer warranties, which may differ from the warranty provided for the Kitchen Armor 22″ All-In-One Android PoE.

Customers may purchase an Extended Warranty and/or Advanced Exchange coverage for the qualifying Kitchen Armor 22″ All-In-One Android PoE within 30 days of the original purchase by contacting Kitchen Armor Sales.

Warranty claims, repairs, or replacements provided under the applicable warranty do not affect rebate eligibility and do not constitute a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation under this Promotion.

Promotion Restrictions

This Promotion may not be combined with any other rebate, promotion, dealer incentive, contract pricing, special pricing agreement, credit, or discount unless expressly authorized in writing by Kitchen Armor.

The rebate has no cash value other than the approved rebate amount and is non-transferable.

Rebates may not be applied retroactively to purchases made outside the promotional period.

Fraud Prevention

Kitchen Armor reserves the right to deny any claim suspected of fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions, altered documentation, reseller misuse, or misrepresentation.

Kitchen Armor may audit rebate claims and request supporting documentation for up to one (1) year following rebate payment.

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse this Promotion may result in claim denial and disqualification from current and future Kitchen Armor promotions.

General Terms

Offer void where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise limited by applicable law.

Customer is solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes that may result from receipt of a rebate.

Kitchen Armor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion due to fraud, administrative error, supply limitations, reseller abuse, acts beyond its reasonable control, or other circumstances that may impair the fair administration of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

Kitchen Armor’s determination regarding product eligibility, documentation, rebate qualification, and rebate approval shall be final.
